American Mortgage Professionals, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Kenneth W. and Peggy Terrill. The company is licensed  in California, Alaska, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, and South Dakota.  Reverse Mortgages are now being offer in California, Nevada & Alaska.  Soon to come: Arizona, Florida, Oregon.

In addition to Reverse Mortgages the company offers Purchase, Refinance, Equity and  Commerical Loans. The company is an approved correspondent with well over 100 national mortgage providers.  Mr. Terrill has been in the lending business since 1964.  In 1982 the Terrill's formed Terrill Financial, Inc. and became an independent Mortgage Originator.  The name was changed to American Mortgage Professionals, Inc. in 1992 to facilitate better placement in the Yellow Pages.  The company is licensed by The California Department of Real Estate, License # 01151963.  It is a member of the Better Business Bureau, The National Association of Reverse Mortgage Lenders, and the local Chamber of Commerce.
